Our latest case study is a fun piece of advertising for our online retail client Cufflinkman. The inspiration came from their recent trip to The Game Fair 2016 at Ragley Hall where a particular line of shooting products sold fast. The 'I'd Rather Be' range covers various outdoor activities from 'I'd Rather Be Playing Cricket' to the more abstract 'I'd Rather Be The Stig', in the form of mugs, cufflinks, aprons and other printed products.
Create Onsight were commissioned to design a double page advert, ready for a Christmas launch in various country lifestyle magazines. The bulk of the work was using Adobe Photoshop to add fun and humor to the main image of a character who would 'Rather Be Shooting' than doing anything else! The advert maxamises the space on the page with an amazing array of products but still allows for the impact of the main character.
